History

In 2004, JTCC was established to provide a full contractor service to the South Florida area. The majority of the first few years the company worked primarily as an architectural and structural precast concrete installer. JTCC has since provided various contracting services on commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout Florida from Tampa to Key West. As a precast installer, the company has been responsible for the installation of concrete products for a number of high profile projects including; FGCU South Village dormitory complex in Estero, FL (2007-2012), Islamorada Emergency Operation building, Islamorada, FL (2009), Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant RTE (2008) and RCA (2010) in Miami FL ,Eckerd Molecular Science Building in St. Pete, FL (2012), Red Sox’s Stadium, Fort Myers, FL. (2012), Twins Stadium, Fort Myers, FL (2014) and Mote Marine Laboratory, Summerland Key, FL (2016). JTCC has formed an outstanding team of employees from managers to laborers. The company believes that a project must be completed with safety, quality, and efficiency, all of equal importance. The employees have embraced this belief, which continues to move the company in the right direction. For the past several years JTCC has not only become known as one of the premier precast concrete installers in the state, but has also branched out into general contracting projects. The company has been involved with the installation of warehouse equipment, cast in place operations, commercial remodels as well as residential build-outs. It is JTCC’s goal to continue to be a trusted leader in the construction industry. From humble beginnings to today, the company has always prided itself on meeting the needs of clients through the use of honesty, innovation, quality workmanship, safety and efficiency. Providing services on projects from $10K to $4M keeps JTCC growing.
